Who We Are
The Library Administration Center serves as the administrative hub for Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. This location houses the Library's executive leadership and many of the departments that support systemwide operations, including the CEO's Office, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, Outreach, Education, Technical Services, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, and other administrative teams.
Because several departments operate from this location, volunteer opportunities posted under the Library Administration Center may belong to different areas of the organization. If you are interested in a specific department, please contact the volunteer point person listed for that department below.
Each volunteer opportunity will also include department-specific contact information and application instructions. Please follow the instructions provided in the individual opportunity listing, as those will direct you to the appropriate staff member.
